DWH:  (Le français ci-dessous)  And yet in 1948, a bunch of foreign Jews from around the world, who had pooled in Palestine, were recognized by the UN as a state on the land of another people AFTER waging genocide against them, dispossessing them and stealing their homes and property. Here we go again today. So, if today these acts by the terror state Israel are point-blank genocide, how did they get away with it in 1948 and reap the REWARD of state recognition to ENDORSE their criminal acts against the innocent Palestinians. And again, why should the Palestinians be held to any standards of the so-called international “law” that has rewarded their displacement and genocide and does NOTHING for them at all? If we want to decry the Hamas incursion of October 7th, 2023, let’s break it into two parts: i) a military attack on Israeli military bases inside the “wall”, a surely legitimate exercise by a people under illegal occupation, siege and blockade for 75 years; and 2) a separate exercise to retrieve Israelis as hostages for a prisoner exchange — in fact for a trade of “hostages” since the Palestinians held in Israeli military prisons are certainly “hostages” themselves of criminal Israel. Then, we need a third look, this time at the crimes of Israel itself on 7 October 2023, because the original headline of 3 months ago has not been altered since despite clear adjustments to the facts showing that the Israeli military itself is responsible for up to 80% of the deaths on that date having expanded its Hannibal Doctrine to include killing its own civilians to prevent their capture. Let’s update the whole thing, see who’s responsible for what and revise the headline. Let’s also investigate the prospect that Netanyahu and his regime knew the Hamas incursion was coming; and were not “surprised” at all, but let it happen precisely as an excuse to launch this GENOCIDE to cleanse the area for BiBi’s “New map” of Israel showed to the UN in September 2023. Many Palestinians prefer to think that they “surprised” Israel; that would be great for them if it were true that they had one-upped the terror state on its own territory. However, the need for one-upman-ship aside, we really need to know if the psychopath Netanyahu knew or didn’t know, and whether he allowed the incursion as a means to carry out GENOCIDE, and that he deliberately mass murdered his own people to blame it on Hamas in order to generate support for GENOCIDE. Then there’s the question of whether this criminal even belongs in leadership, and should be charged, removed and tried for TREASON instead of giving him the luxury of buying time out of jail to kill more innocent Palestinians and send more Isaelis to the slaughter.

Donc, si aujourd’hui ces actes commis par l’État terroriste d’Israël constituent un génocide pur et simple, comment ont-ils pu s’en tirer en 1948 et récolter la RÉCOMPENSE de la reconnaissance d’un État pour entériner leurs actes criminels à l’encontre des innocents Palestiniens. Et encore une fois, pourquoi les Palestiniens devraient-ils être tenus de respecter les normes du soi-disant “droit” international qui a récompensé leur déplacement et leur génocide et qui ne fait RIEN pour eux? Si nous voulons décrier l’incursion du Hamas du 7 octobre 2023, décomposons-la en deux parties: i) une attaque militaire contre les bases militaires israéliennes à l’intérieur du “mur”, un exercice assurément légitime de la part d’un peuple soumis à une occupation illégale, à un siège et à un blocus depuis 75 ans; et 2) un exercice distinct visant à récupérer des Israéliens en tant qu’otages pour un échange de prisonniers – en fait pour un échange d'”otages” puisque les Palestiniens détenus dans les prisons militaires israéliennes sont certainement eux-mêmes des “otages” de l’État criminel d’Israël. Ensuite, nous devons jeter un un troisième regard, cette fois sur les crimes d’Israël lui-même le 7 octobre 2023, car le titre original d’il y a trois mois n’a pas été modifié depuis, malgré des ajustements clairs des faits montrant que l’armée israélienne elle-même est responsable de 80 % des morts à cette date, ayant élargi sa doctrine Hannibal pour inclure le meurtre de ses propres civils afin d’empêcher leur capture. Actualisons l’ensemble, voyons qui est responsable de quoi et révisons le titre. Étudions également la possibilité que Netanyahou et son régime savaient que l’incursion du Hamas était imminente et qu’ils n’ont pas été “surpris” du tout, mais qu’ils l’ont laissée se produire précisément comme excuse pour lancer ce GENOCIDE afin de nettoyer la zone pour la “nouvelle carte” d’Israël de BiBi présentée à l’ONU en septembre 2023. De nombreux Palestiniens préfèrent penser qu’ils ont “surpris” Israël ; ce serait formidable pour eux s’il était vrai qu’ils avaient surpassé l’État terroriste sur son propre territoire. Cependant, le besoin d’un homme unique mis à part, nous avons vraiment besoin de savoir si le psychopathe Netanyahou savait ou ne savait pas, et s’il a autorisé l’incursion comme un moyen de mener un GENOCIDE, et qu’il a délibérément assassiné en masse son propre peuple pour en rejeter la responsabilité sur le Hamas afin de générer un soutien pour le GENOCIDE. Ensuite, la question se pose de savoir si ce criminel a sa place à la tête de l’État et s’il devrait être inculpé, démis de ses fonctions et jugé pour TRÉSOR au lieu de lui permettre de gagner du temps en prison pour tuer davantage de Palestiniens innocents et envoyer davantage d’Israéliens à la boucherie.

The One-State Solution: the Right of Return

He’s right.  The solution is obvious.  Revoke the statehood of Israel.  The UN screwed up in 1948, it must now restore Palestine “from the river to the sea”.

Why should the innocent Palestinians have to give up any part of their country, any part of their rights.  In what criminal court does the Judge declare that the victim must compromise with the criminals … in this case, the criminals invaded, massacred, abused, robbed and butchered the victims for nearly 80 years and are currently trying to exterminate them.

The UN must now abide by its own declaration that the Palestinians have the right to return to their homeland, and to their homes, and to be compensated for their losses.  Their homeland is all of Palestine.  The UN declaration is correct.  The statehood of Israel is wrong, on so many grounds, including the fact that “Israel” has always flouted and never obeyed international law.  The UN must revoke the illegal statehood of Israel and restore Palestine, with new full statehood, as the “one-state solution”.

The Palestinians have an acknowledged right to go home; and those who barged in as thieves and murderers can now get out.  If the Israelis consider themselves to be Jews, then they have a homeland given to them circa 1928 by Stalin:  Birobidzhan.  The Jews have always had this homeland.  The holocaust is no excuse to exterminate the Palestinians in order to complete the theft of Palestine as a “refuge”.  A refuge well equipped with massive oil fields, by the way, inland and offshore in Gaza and the West Bank.

It’s time for Israelis who think they are “Jews” to pack their bags an head for Birobidzhan.

Note:  If Birobidzhan today is not very “Jewish” or “autonomouos”, it’s because the Jews didn’t go, they didn’t take up residence.  It’s now time to go.
